Name doesn't sound familiar either, but its a common mannerism of some tamagotchi characters h34r:
Anyway it does that because it just can. Just like when toddlers will roll around on the screen, teenagers sing and dance and adults brush their teeth or watch TV, they just do it because they can. It's normal.

yeah, they are called random animations, they happen at random times during regular days or holidays or other times...

I think "frogotchi" is the Kaerutchi character on the V2 isn't it? It certainly looks like a frog (wearing trainers/sneakers) to me.... h34r:

I do mean the Kaerutchi character in v2. I had never seen a frog chracter until this morning.
I have seen my tamas sing ( I just saw one now do it) and I have seen them watch TV. I did not know that they bruch their teeth. I have seen them take a bath too!

Maybe Kaerutchi has bad knees or something, and he/she can't balance very well? lol!!
I dunno, my friend had a Kaerutchi twice, and instead of doing his normal standing pose all the time, he would do two frames of his standing pose for a few seconds then fall over... cant be from neglect, his hearts were full

are you talking about the thing that resembles a crocodile? Lots of adult tamas do that. My butterflyitchi did
