What is wrong with this Tama?

My friend Alani has a Version 2 Make-up tama and when she connected she would be stuck on the connection screen and when she pressed download all her items were replaced with bals and she can't delete any of them please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't really know,but maybe she shuold just restart it. My friend has almost the same proble.Every time we connect, she gets a big X on the screen and then she has to resart her tama. What's up with that?

It must be a reseting glitch. That happens to most people........

maybe the battery is old it happend to me one time and i chanched tha batteries and then it was ok again
