Will it change?

I am quite new to tamagotchi. I got a Tamagotchi Connection for Christmas and I always get the same charecter! It looks like this: A circle with a beak 2 little eyes but one is higher than the other and 3 little spikes on its head. I think its called an Onionchi or something but Im not sure. I really want a new charecter and was wondering if my current charecter with turn into a new one after a while. If so, how long? Thanks!

You can only get those character if you are forgetful on the hunger or hearts or have the lowest adult characters to get them just try to take better care of them when they become adult after you get babies from them take real care of them then you will get diffrent characters then but you have to stop having marutchi on every gen you can only get the oniontchi and hintamatchi so be careful.

Just take care of your tama more.
