Oh boy....

Every time Zing tries to give a present to Maria, the screen gets this big "X" on it and blinks, and I can't get it to go away unless I reset my Tama and download it again.

Has anyone else had this?

It is a low battery! Replace the battery witha CR2032 cell battery! Quickly!

 
Mabey the battery is too low to connect. Try changing the battery.

 
I dont have the money for a new battery! Is there another way to turn it off without loosing my Tama until I get another?

XD, you won't lose your Tamagotchi.

When it runs out of batteries, you have the option to "Download"

It takes you back to your Tamagotchi. To the last thing it did.

You'll get batteries soon. :)

 
wen u take out the battery ur tama is saved...just buy a new battery put it in then press the reset button and u;ll c 2 options..click on download

a big X means a low battery. You can get them in packs of 2 then when u put the new battery n u can push the middle button and push download.
