Hello both my kids ( 6, and 8) have tamagotchi's everything was going fine, I've changed the battery once since they got them ( in Nov.) I just put new battery and after my sons egg hatched after iI down loaded old one the dead battery came back on. My daughters won't hatch at all and I cannot get her sound to come back on for a couple of weeks I figured I wait till the battery died to see if the sound comes back. Each night after they fall asleep ( tam) my son or I turn lights out and I turn sound off each night so I don't now why there is no sound. Can anyone help me please.
