okay. so the codes on tamatown are given to the person with the user name, so the codes are different for everyone. lets say my user name is lily and yours is ralph - the codes ralph gets won't work on lily's tamagotchi because the user names are different.

but lets suppose my user name is lily and your user name is lily. will the codes you get work for me?

hope this makes sense.

 
If both usernames are the same, yes, the codes will work on both tamas.

That's why all v3's I own will have the same username. Then I only need one list of passwords, instead of two, three, or whatever.
