you hold down the first button and then the second button too. (keep the first one held down all the time till it sez PAUSE

when you see sigly lines go to the toilet and it will sit on a duck or a toilet [ when its a teenager it trys to potty train it self.

hmmm......
the pooping I'm not really sure,
try and check to see if it's heart meter is full.
If not try to feed it, or discipline it.
