Where do the items go?

Ok i got a V3, so i went to the little website, and got some passwords. i put some in for a skateboard or something, adn nothing comes up in my item list! Where are the items?

When you add a password, you aren't supposed to look on your items list, you are supposed to look on your souviners list.
