Since I have just spend ages cleaning up this topic and removing all the spam and inappropriate replies, I am going to close the topic.
spiffy worked hard to put together all this information and it seems a shame that the topic has been slightly spoiled by a lot of short, pointless, annoying messages and rude remarks.
