Tamagotchi V3 "PARENTS"

I'm not stupid when it comes to tamagotchis but I really don't understand this. I know that your tama has to be at least on its 2nd generation before you can check the parents and all. My tama is on its 3rd generation and the parents list has been working for the longest time. I just wanted to visit my tamagotchis parents and grandparents and all that stuff but the parent selection isn't working. I don't know what to do. It should work...right? Please reply!

well maybe it just has a glitch or maybe u need to viste histery.

If it doesn't let you get a code, it's because if your tama is an adult it won't visit it's parents... but if you mean that you get a code and it doesn't work, this seems to happen to lots of people. I don't know why.
