TV in a shop?!

My buddy have bought TV from shop in her V3! I was amazed because mine don't even have a single TV in the shop many times. It cost 5000gp (looks like plasma tv)

Hers is Bill (heard it's a secret character?) and her pet have 2 big TVs in items.

Pls reply here if you have same experience.....

The reason why i post this under Tricks section is, i believe you have to have Bill in your V3, so that you can get TV in shop a few times.

Quickly what is a bill

I 've got a TV from buying a chest..which costs about 200 pt.

Buying Chest, or shovel might give you fortune, like 200 pts freely or expensive stuff, however, it's like you're buying a fortune cookie. Sometimes, it turns to be something weird.

Once I bought a chest, and it turned my gotchi into Otokitchi, she was furious and all the happiness hearts and hungry hearts are gone. Another time, it turned my Gotchi into the baby form, telechi, again, every heart is gone..

It's a challenge to try anyway.
