Now this happened to all three of my tamagotchi's so it's a real problem. In the winter if it's around 25 degrees or lower DON'T take your tamagotchi outside. It will ruin your tamagotchi's ability to connect. If you need to take your tamagotchi outside in the winter keep it in a pocket. Now if this has happened to you already don't panic. Keep it inside for a few days and it should start connecting again. Hope this helped. Uilleam.

yaa this happend to me too 
i hate it but wen this happened and it got like cold it kept freezing on me <_< <_< and i thot i needed to get a new one but wen i kept in warm it changed baked to normal
