repair?

actually i am really a tama grama i have been helping my son to look after his v2 while he goes to school proudly he has made 23 unbroken generations. tonight however it looks like tha buttons are going it is beeping at random setting the time and going in and out of pause on its own. gen 24 had just been born, he is devestated ( so am i they are so intriguing i now have one of my own) is there any hope for us? has anyone ever had a repair job? and just what is the record for u7nbroken generations? the tama is about 6 months old. Thanks

Gee the only thing I could think of is to reset it and hit DOWNLOAD You will get your old tama back, and no lost items, same things in the shop, same character!! IF you reset it you should do it after a mager event like connecting or growing into a teen/toddler/grown up whatever. hope it works!
