What happened was when i got something from tamatown and i entered the password i bought it but it wasn't in my items what do i do??

My friend had that same problem

oh thats a simple mistake that i had once just go into souvinears and it should be in there (sorry if it is in there well then you wont be able to play with it) ohh and wat item was it.

i thought they were gone too.all the items are numbered so if you look through all your souviniers,they should be there
