i got the seketoritchi or whatever on my V3...is it rare or not??????What does it need??????????is it special????????? :rolleyes:

 
Yes. He/she is correct. I've have it previously. If if doesn't have any info under the name on the v3 chart, it is rare because if they don't write any info on it, they want it to be a secret character. So yes it is rare. :furawatchi:
