I don't think you can, but there is the English version. (It stinks compared to E-Tamago)

Acturly, if you go to Google.com, and find e-tamago.com, you can click "Translate This Page" to make it English

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what it saying and it won't let me install the japanese language pack and the music's a bit funny, it scares me , anyway, how do you get it translated into english?
