No, I dont think they are classified as 'rare' characters, no. On Tamagotchis you cant really classify a character as rare, because no one really knows how to definately get a certain character. (besides with debugging)

but does it normally appear for you, no.So if that is not appearing you can call it a bad character that is 'rare' and that is special and does not appear normaly
