I'm new to a Version 3

Well, I just today got my version 3 and its paying up a bit, well waht happend I went to online TamaTown and entered the passwords it gave me on there onto my Verson 3 and then I went onto my soveniers list and none of the stuff I got from entering the passwords was there, but it did confirm the password I gave it on my tamagotchi and it showed me the item got from it, but I can't find it ANYWHERE, not on the sovenior list or the item list, can someone help me please?!

keep scrolling thru your list. there are 32 spaces and i'm shure they are there <_< the arcade stuff is #18 thru #21 in the list
