What do I do with the CD?

I bought a CD for my tamagotchi (V3) at the store, and whenever I try to make him play with it, he just stares at it with a ? above his head. Am I supposed to buy him a CD player too?

you need to have a boom box but if you do, dont use the cd! It breaks your boom box!

the boom box does not always blow up when you use the cd in it. Just be prepared in case it does....
