The shopkeeper never sells travel tickets. I wish they sold the travel tickets IN tamagotchi town so you can see them travel in color, and so I could buy A travel ticket.

They do sell the travel tickets. They do it randomly though. Here's a tip to get one:
Change the time to 2:59pm, and wait one minute. Then check the shop and it should have new things. You can keep on doing it until they finally have the tickets in stock.
(That's how I got mine!
