Look on the tamagotchi v3 character chart for it's name. I'm not sure if it's good or bad, it depends on the tama. I think tamas each have personalitie that don't rely on their characters.

I think it's called a Piorirotchi or something. Click on Tamagotchi V3 Chart by the side of this site and find it.
