i have a new v3 that i got today. i went onto tama town and won some stuff and entered the password but i got no items from it.

The stuff might be souvenirs. Try that or you might have to buy the items. type the password into your v3 then you will get it. for characters look on the left hand side and click on 'TAMAGOTCHI CONNECTIONS VERSION 3 PICTURES' under useful links.
