Something is wrong with my Tamagotchi. every tamagotchi that has a 5 letter name had either the last letter taken off, or replaced with an = sign, a - or a cross with two horizontal lines???????????? what should I do ? It also wont connect now. I know my battery is low, is that the whole problem?

yes. if your battery goes dead, alot of freaky things hapenn to ur tama. just get a new battery.

On my sister's Tamagotchi her Tamgotchi was all messed up with full battery life by it not showing the selections Praise, Time out, Lamp, etc. all n the bottom row. And sometimes the buttons did not work properly. Eventually it started to work over time so I suggest this:
Get a new Battery
Wait for it to go back to normal
If it doesnt go back to normal it means you need a new battery because it could be on the verge of losing its power.
