Maybe you have to wait for a certain generation befor visiting your tamagotchis parent/grandparent. The best way is to read the instructions.

 
If you're tamagotchi died, you won't get it. Are you sure, you have to go to "Family", then "Parents".

You go to the thing that says 'Family', and go into it. Then, go to 'Parent' and you will see your last Tama. Press the B button 4 times, and a code should show up that you enter in TamaTown so you can see your Tama's parent. :huh: .

 
I had the parent thing my tama is now on G2 when it became a teen the parent thing went away lucky I had the password written down Good thing is today the match maker came and I got a baby boy. Here is the password to go to parents on tamatown 08627 65484
