You can't just get Nazochi on a Connexion, Connection or plus. It's only a visitor. You will have to debug it to see that guy.
If you have a Keitai, he might be a character you can get.
He might be a character on the new Tamagotchi 2 also. You'll have to wait to get one of those of course.
