I don't speak Japanese, but I think I'm doing well guessing the whole site. I will post what I've found here:
Your Tamagotchi may need to be a certain stage to enter some areas.
~~~ENTERING E-TAMAGO~~~
Go to
https://e-tamago.com/pc/index.html. See the pink link next to the little circle with a picture of Tamagotchi Town inside it? Click it. You'll be asked to punch in a code.
To obtain one from your Entama, I think the IR menu has the answer- choose the PC link and then the first option. I believe your Entama gives you the password.
To obtain one without having an Entama, check the pinned topics on this board.
After punching in the code you should then enter e-Tamago Tamagotchi Town after waiting.
~~~KING~~~
The king is right where you thought he was. If entrance is permitted I think you get a password for your Entama. I'm not quite sure though. If entrance is not permitted, just find the back button and click on it.
~~~OFFICE~~~
Click the arrow to begin the game. You are shown which speech bubbles you must click on and which ones you shouldn't click on. If you do well enough, you should get a password for your Entama.
~~~TAMATAMA MARKET~~~
In case you didn't know, it's the yellow building next to the two small red-roofed buildings. Just click on something to see what there is in it, then click an item to buy.
~~~RED ROOFED HOUSES~~~
After the dialogue you need to place all their objects in their correct positions to get a password for your Entama.
~~~GAME CENTER~~~
All the games are exactly the same as the Tamagotchi Town games. The white machine at the back is a postcard maker, you don't need to worry about it. Each game will give you a password for your Entama if you win.
~~~SCHOOL~~~
After the dialogue you have three messages on the blackboard. Click on the first one for a cleaning race (I'm not too good in this one). In the second one you gotta give each Tamagotchi the food dependant on their family (Mame, Meme, Kuchi). In the third one stop the wheel whenever the item first shown appeared. That's all in the e-Tamago school.
