I've discovered something, but I needed more time to truly tell if it was true... Only pictures can go over the 64x64 size limit, many people on tamatalk already have avatars over the size limit right now... Only animations/gif cannot go over 64x64. I've taken a survey of people's avatars and checking their sizes, and so far the limit for pictures is 80x80, maybe even bigger. Try it yourself, and don't forget to give me feedback!
