Grabdparents problem

I Just got to the 4th generation, and i dont know how to see my grandparents. at the mo i have only seen my normal parents. please tell me what options to choose cause i go:

book>family>parent and then it shows my last parent!

please help!

k, frst ov al, u probley hav mor thn 1 parent in ur list. on the 2 parnent, keep pressing the scroll button until u c a pasword. quikly write down that code. go 2 ur G-parents hause. type in that pasword.

I got to the 15th generation and still no history!

What to do:

When yer tama dies and its an angel press the two buttons on the side or-no! a and b.

Then it will go right to egg. The friends will still be there I think. Then history will be there.

OR!!!!!

 

yer tama could grow old then get married? And the child will have history.

history is not ur G-parent. when ur tama dies, thats when u have history.

let me expaine history:
