Is it normal to have an adult at 2 years old (I have a memetchi thats 2 years old) on a v3???

It's okay. Some people's tamas evolve earlier than others. It's completely normal.

I think it's maybe a little strange, in a good way, because you would probably have to take really good care of it for it to evolve into a memetchi. Cool! :)
