How do you get a little Image for you member card and how do you put it on?

I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you are asking about an avatar (an image that appears to the upper right of your posts) then this is how you can do it:
Look in the upper right corner of this page. See where it says "Logged in as doglover_tamagotchilover_girl!"?
Click on where it says "doglover_tamagotchilover_girl!" to go to your profile.
Click the link "Avatar Options" which appears at the bottom of the column titled doglover_tamagotchilover_girl!
That will take you to the Edit Avatar Settings page. It's fairly easy to figure out what to do once you get there.
