Delete items?!

How do you delete items? i need a love potion! Oh yh how do you get the love potion to work?! I used it and all it did was show 2 hearts blinking?

To delete an item go to present (from the book icon) select the item you want, then when it says Wrap press BUTTON A instead and it will say TRASH yes/no?

When you used the love potion did you have another Tama of the opposite sex to connect with. Love Honey/Potion WILL ONLY WORK when you have 2 tama's of the opposite sex who have both been an adult for over 24hrs. You need to connect as soon as one/both have taken the potion. Otherwise it will do just what you said - show a few hearts and look coy, and then nothing.
