Hmm make sure that when you enter tamatown that you are typing in the correct username that you used when you first hatched your V3. If you dont know what you choose, just go to the first icon until you come across USERNAME:________. Hope I helpedd.

there could actually be a few reasons it doesn't work.............
1. the passwords you got could have been for v2 or v1 tamagotchis
2. the passwords could be incorrect
3. if you got the passwords from tamatown make sure u type in the exact username u have on ur tama (like if u have capital letters make sure they're capital in tamatown too.)
