I just got a brand new tamagotchi V3 a few days ago but the sound on it is sounding real bad like its gonna die what can i do its brand new?

bring it back to were u got it say to the owner of the shop
If you only got it a few days ago, take it back to the shop where you bought it and get them to replace it. If you can't do that try getting a new battery for it. If it doesn't cure the problem, then a letter to Bandai customer services. You have consumer rights!
