Yes, I can help. Well, not really. But a little bit! There is a glitch in the v3s that sometimes when you reset them they put balls everywhere. I have not had it happen to me but I think it might be fixable by reseting your tama again. I am not sure so I would suggest searching the boards a bit. Hope I helped!
you can delete them instead of reseting uh go to present then go to item then press b,a.and they will say trash? then b then it will say yes or no then your good
