i went on this website and it said to do time out when it refuses to play is this true and how to i train it

no this is not true. if it does not want to play games, it means that it is not over wieght. you train it by if you wrap it and give it to the same version and gives it something else and makes a mean face, disipline it. or if it is hungry and dosn't want to eat. or when it cries then you praise it or when it beeps and needs nothing disipline it.
