Do you have already notice that the salesman in the store

change sometimes of appearance... Times, it have a bandana, times not. Times it wrote there

"SALE!!", times not.

 
Yes, it's sort of random. When it says "SALE", all items are half-price. It's a good time to buy expensive things like travel tickets, if he has any in stock.
