If the parent is still with the baby you don't need to worry about the baby. The parent looks after the baby. So when the parent is hungry the baby is hungry and when you feed the parent the baby will eat at the same time.
Parent should leave the day after your baby is born at midnight.

If it loses four hearts on whatever then it takes effect on both of them and you dont have a good chance of getting a good character.
That's bad. But what if I take good care of it for the rest of it's life again. I took care of mine and it became a Mametchi. But now that this happened, will I still have a chance of getting another Mametchi if I take good care of it again?

when your baby's parent leaves, u get to name the baby. then you will have to take care of it. you can know if it is happy by going to the first icon you press. if it is all darkened,both hungry and happy hearts, that means it is fully happy and and is full, not hungry.the parent will leave the baby in 2 nights
