NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!

My Entama's dying. I can't save it because it just... stands there. I'm SO upset!!

You lose all friends, items and EVERYTHING. And my tama could've gone into an adult.

Why can't you save them??

I dont think that your tama is supposed to do that even when its dyeing but if you call up bandi I bet they could figure out whats wrong with your Tama

If your Entama is flying away, can't you press (reset) then download it, or does it not have download? If that doesn't work, That's really sad..
