is there something i'm supposed to do when my tama is in an egg?

hit b and make sure to fill in all the required information (your egg will not hatch unless you enter the time) ... after a few minutes your egg will hatch and you will have to immediately feed and play with him.

Yea or her which ever the case may be... And just to let you know if you don't know already. Black = boy white = girl. Mine is a girl. Oh and congrats on your new tama!

Thats ok, a matchmaker will come and ask you if u want it to find u a friend, if it does you will get a tamababy! and then u will look after ur next genereation of tamagotchi.
