On the instruction sheet of the v3 it says you can donate more than 9999 points to the king... How do you do that? My tama will go only up to 9999 gotchi points...

You can make multiple smaller donations. The king's servants will keep track of how much you've donated so far.
start donating
2000+2000+1000 = 5000 --> get a password
continue donating
+3000+3000+1000 = 12000 --> get a password
continue donating
+4000+4000+5000+5000 = 30000 --> get a password
start donating
2000+2000+1000 = 5000 --> get a password
continue donating
+3000+3000+1000 = 12000 --> get a password
continue donating
+4000+4000+5000+5000 = 30000 --> get a password
