I'm a new owner. Don't really understand jump and bump. How do you get better at them. Pressing buttons only has a bit of success. Can someone explain the games?

(Version 2) Heya, I have the same problem. I thought I had jump sussed but now it keeps losing again. Same with bump, I can't seem to win. It's not good, I can't make it happy!
