I entered the password to get the costume and I decided to use it. Is it possible to remove it, does it go away after a certain time period, or do I have to live with it until my tama dies?

Well, since you're new here, I'll forgive you. I will tell you how to take the costume off: make your tama go to sleep. It will automatically take the costume off.

You have to wait till it falls asleep then it comes of.
