What are these called exactly?

When I went to Disney World. At Epcot in Japan they had these all over the store. I saw them on ebay a while ago but I have no idea what they are actually called so I can find them again and get one. They are so cute!!

I've seen those too! They are cute, huh?

I'm not sure what they're called, but the only place I've ever seen them is in Spencer's Gifts.

All I know really is they are solar-powered and wobble back and forth and they are for an office desk they are supposed to be soothing. They have all different colors and are so cute. Some even fishing XD.
