What the ?

i am the owner of a v2 and a v3. one day my v2 needed new batteries, so i go to my tama home and find the cr2032 3 volt batterie , and put it in my tama, and clicked DOWNLOAD. so, i decided to get on tama talk and check how my poll was going, so i bring my tamas over and put them on my lap and

while it was loading i decided to check the health so, i check my v3 , its fine. v2s turn i pick it up, and look at the screen. nothing is their. no batterie no nothing. completely blank. so i find a diffrent batterie and put it in. it shows a egg. "back to normal." i thought. i click b it shows the time that needs reset. all 20 g. gone for no reason? what happend? please tell me!

maybe you banged it on the wall or soemthing. if it was dead battries for a lloooonnnngggggg time that means it will go blank.
