Ok, so this is what happened.

My tamagotchi had low battery. I went on the internet (ebay) and bought a CR2032 battery (those are the tamagotchi batteries, right?) I put it into the tamagotchi, it worked fine.

The next day I went to play with my tamagotchi and the low battery signal was there again!

Can someone please help me? I'm confused.

If the replacement battery was new and still sealed in its package, it just may be a case of a bad connection caused by a small hair or piece of dust. Remove the replacement battery, then re-insert it.

hmmmm, maybe try to take it out again n put it back in...

if it goes out again then ebay pobaly gave u the bad

battery

Get a battery multitester, (they aren't hard to find, I got one at my local Sears) and check to see if it's the battery, or your tamagotchi. It is quite possible that it is a very old battery.

Thanks so much everyone! :(

I really appreciate it. It probably is ebay giving me bad batteries. Does anyone know what shops sell the batteries that work?

Thanks!
