why are there 2 whitelines on my tamagochi's screen??? i just bought em yesterday!!! GRRR!!! how can i fix it??? is it a defect???OMG!!!

 
Yeah, it's possible. Try returning them to the shop you bought them and ask for new ones or repairing.

Can you put an image? It could help in recognizing the error.

 
yes i can still see the image but the 2 white lines really bugs me!!!

Is it part of the design? If not take it back and swap! I would keep because it makes your tama unique and uniqe tamas are more speicial than un uniuqe tamas because yours is the only one like it!

Try Resetting it. If that dosent work, try taking the battery out and putting it back in.

Do you mean the cross against the screen? (which means low battery)

Also, topic starter.. We may have to change that username :S

 
Well my v2 tama had that prob. Try taking the back off and screwing it in harder. I think that prob is caused by the battery not having enough pressure on it.
