Billotchi is a penguin if you don't know still go to www.tamagotchi.com click charcters and it will show you all the charctersandrigotchi is a girl and its really good care!wat is a billotchi??

I assume that Robotchi comes from not so good care, but not so bad as Masktchi and Gozarutchi. I don't know about the other factors such as weight, spoiling, discipline etc. Robotchi can be got on even generations.
I think that Billotchi is a Kuchipatchi & Memetchi lvl character. So good care, but I don't know anything specific about the other factors (already mentioned) to get Billotchi. Billotchi can be got on odd generations.
