i had my tama for 3 weeks and it is still 1 years old and it a teen. plz help i want to have a famly!

and ea 15 min he had change to some thing and then he stop at teen at 1 years.

maybe reset it??? on v2 tamas you have to pull the ta out and then reset it so maybe its that

wat version is it?
