What button do you press to download

i have a japanese keitai tamagotchi and i need to turn it off for awhile. i've been looking around for instructions on how to download the game where it was instead of resetting it. can anyone give me a link or help me with this?

 
Shouldn't it be the same with all the others? Just push that little button on the back, you will be given the option to either RESET or DOWNLOAD. Pick one.

 
But the thing is that she doesnt know what means Download and what means reset. I dont know. Could you try pausing it?

 
Well I think it should be like all the others .. the one on top's download and the one on bottom's reset.

Thank you for the tip! I haven't tried it yet, but when the option is there it should be in the same order (like most japanese menus are equal to that of the European/American).
