It comes when your tamagotchi is 7.
The time should be 7:00 or 10:00, that's the time I got to see the matchmaker.

she comes when your tama is 6 7 and so. set the time to 6:59 pm and wait 1 minute then she will come. if u have a girl tama press " b " button when book is open and the tama will pop up and u have a choice love yes or no and if u say yes ur tama will look like it is chatting with the other and then the screen turns black and fireworks go up and when the lights come back on ur tama has a baby next to it
the matchmaker comes at any time at the hour because on my friend's tama the matchmaker came at 3:00pm and on mine it came at 8:00pm
